- Emergency Housing Rehab Program
This Emergency Housing Rehab Program offers qualifying homeowners with one rehabilitation project on their home. Rehabilitation projects can include, but are not limited to: roofing repair/replacement, furnace repair/replacement, duct work repair/replacement, furnace repair/replacement, and well repair/replacement.

- Rental Assistance
Depending on qualification, the Rental Assistance Program can help with up to 3 months of rent.
Several guidelines apply for those who qualify. It is required for individuals to fill out a state of emergency relief (SER) form through the Department of Human Services (DHS), then receive a decision notice. Individuals must have proof of income to show sustainability as well as a late notice or eviction notice.

- Utilities Assistance
When funding is available, MCOP offers assistance with electric, gas and deliverable fuels such as propane. Each utility has its own income limitations.
Those who qualify must have a shut-off notice and fill out a state of emergency relief (SER) form through the Department of Human Services (DHS), then receive a decision notice. Individuals must meet one of the following criteria: be disabled and show proof of disability; have children in the home ages 18 and younger, or be at least 65 years old.
