Job Goal: The goal of this position is to assure that clients are provided seamless navigation as this position will be the first point of contact for the COVID Emergency Rental Assistance (CERA) program.

Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent preferred or equivalent work experience in a nonprofit business, or office setting. Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet capabilities strongly preferred. Good customer service, multi-tasking, organized and attention to detail.
