When funding is available, MCOP offers assistance with electric, gas and deliverable fuels such as propane. Each utility has its own income limitations.

In order to qualify for energy assistance, families must have received a shut-off notice or have a past-due balance on their account. For deliverable fuels, a family's fuel tank must be at or below 25% full. Eligibility is based on household size and income level.
