The Specialized Transportation Department provides reliable transportation to non-emergency medical appointments and treatments for senior and non-senior Monroe County residents with disabilities for chronic medical conditions. All of our Specialized Transportation vans are wheelchair accessible, with seating for 6-10 passengers. The programs operate Monday through Friday with morning and afternoon shifts. One week’s notice is preferred to schedule a ride.
